Registration fee covers;

  • All of the scientific sessions, exhibitions and the booth area.
  • Lunches and coffee breaks indicated on the schedule.
  • Congress documents: briefcase, the booklet of the schedule, name tag, participation certificate and abstracts of papers (Book /CD / Memory Stick).
  • Opening  Cocktail, Gala Dinner (Except the External Participants).
  • Registration fees are 18% VAT included.

For the registrations to be valid;

  • Undergraduate and Master Students should send an official student certificate to the Organization Secretariat.
  • All speakers, participants and company representatives should have their registration to be able to attend the schedule or the congress.
  • To benefit from the early registration fees, online registration form and payment receipt or credit card details should be sent to the Organization Secretariat until 17:00, 10 October 2015. Registrations after the specified date will be accepted as late registration.

In all inclusive hotels, catering service is provided for free during the congress. Therefore, personnel of the hotel in which the congress will be held will perform identity check on the entrances, and in addition to registration fee to the congress, participants who will not accommodate in the congress hotel (WOW Topkapı Palace Hotel is also considered as External Participation), participants who will register without accommodation and participants who do not arrange their accommodation via Organization Secretariat will pay an additional fee which is 30 € / daily (VAT included) or 90 € / 3-day package fee (VAT included) as "External Participation Fee".

External Participation Fee is 30 € (VAT Inclusive) per person and valid for the hours 09:00 - 18:00. In this context, participants are provided with coffee breaks and lunches within the meeting periods. If one wants to participate in the social activities, 20 € (VAT Inclusive) per person for the Opening Cocktail and 30 € (VAT Inclusive) per person for the Gala Dinner will be charged as a participation fee.

Refundment and Cancelation Conditions;

• Cancelation requests should be sent in written to Organization Secretariat.
In the cancellation requests before 10 October 2015, 50 € stoppage will be cut down from the Research Assistants, Students and Participants as a processing charge, and the rest of the registration fee will be refunded. Being valid from 10 October 2015, cancellations will be done without refundment.
• Refundments related to the cancelations will be made within 20 days following the end of the congress.
